Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
12 oz spaghetti
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2–3 cloves garlic, minced (optional but highly recommended)
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Spaghetti:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Brown the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3. Add Garlic and Butter:
Push the beef to one side of the pan and add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant, then stir it into the beef.
4. Make the Sauce:
Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to slightly thicken.
5. Add Cheeses:
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce becomes creamy. Add the mozzarella and stir until melted and smooth.
6. Combine with Pasta:
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss well to coat the noodles evenly with the creamy sauce and beef mixture. Let it cook for another minute so everything blends together.
7. Serve:
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley if desired.
