Ingredients:
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 2 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 2 eggs
– 2 tbsp milk
– 2 cups breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. Prep the Chicken
Slice the chicken breasts into strips (about 1 inch wide).
Pat dry with paper towels for better coating.
2. Set Up Breading Station
Bowl 1: Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Bowl 2: Beat the eggs with the milk.
Bowl 3: Place the breadcrumbs.
3. Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture (shake off excess).
Dip into the egg wash.
Coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs. Press gently to help them stick.
4. Cook ‘Em Crispy
Pan-Fry: Heat oil (about 1/2 inch deep) in a skillet over medium heat. Fry strips 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
OR
Oven-Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place strips on a baking sheet with a rack or lined with parchment. Spray lightly with oil. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
OR
Air Fry: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Spray strips lightly with oil. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. Serve Hot
Dip in your favorite sauce—ranch, honey mustard, BBQ, or spicy mayo
