Ingredients:
* 200g pumpkin
* 200g glutinous rice flour
* 25g sugar
* Sesame seeds
Method:
1. Peel, slice, steam, and mash the pumpkin. Mix in the sugar.
2. Add glutinous rice flour to the pumpkin mixture and stir until flocculent. Knead into a smooth dough.
3. Roll into 30g balls and coat with sesame seeds.
4. Heat enough oil in a pan. Fry the balls over low heat until they float and turn golden brown, pressing with chopsticks to release air.
