Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup beef broth
1 package (12 count) slider buns
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup melted butter
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook Beef & Onion: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion until fully cooked and onions are softened.
Season & Simmer: Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes or until most liquid has evaporated.
Prepare Buns: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom layers intact.
Assemble Casserole:
Place the bottom bun halves in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
