Whipped Feta with Honey and Smoked Chili Flakes


Ingredients:

200 g (7 oz) feta cheese

100 g (3.5 oz / ½ cup) plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

1 tablespoon honey (15 ml), plus extra for drizzling

½ teaspoon smoked chili flakes (or regular chili flakes)

Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

Pita bread or crostini, for serving

Directions:

In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with smoked chili flakes.

Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.

Serve immediately with warm pita bread or crispy crostini.
