2 boiled eggs, chopped
For the Egg Wash
1 egg yolk, beaten
For the Yogurt Dip
2–3 pickled cucumbers, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
3–4 tbsp plain white yogurt
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
. Prepare the Filling
Melt butter in a pan and sautรฉ the onion until soft and golden.
Add the minced meat, season with salt, pepper, and dried basil, and cook until browned.
