Air Fryer Melt In Your Mouth Chicken 

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for lighter version)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Mix coating: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Prepare chicken: Pat chicken dry. Spread the creamy Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Air fry: Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 18–20 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internal temperature and topping is golden and bubbly.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy with salad, veggies, or rice.
