🧀 Bacon Cheeseburger Queso Dip
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

½ lb cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream
-
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)

1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (like Rotel, optional for flavor)

Salt and black pepper to taste

½ tsp paprika or cumin (optional)

Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.

Drain excess fat.

Add onion and garlic (if using) and sauté until softened.

Season with salt, pepper, and paprika/cumin.
2. Add Bacon and Tomatoes

Stir in the crumbled bacon.

If using, add the diced tomatoes with chilies and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
3. Melt in the Cheeses

Reduce heat to low.

Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.

Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella, mixing until fully melted.
4. Finish with Sour Cream

Stir in sour cream for extra creaminess.

Mix until smooth and well combined.
5. Serve & Garnish

Transfer dip to a serving bowl or keep warm in a slow cooker.
