This Burrata Bruschetta is a simple yet elegant appetizer that combines crispy baguette slices, creamy burrata cheese, and a fresh tomato-basil topping. Finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, it’s perfect for entertaining or a light snack!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large baguette, sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Instructions:

  • Tear the burrata cheese into small pieces or spoon it onto the toasted baguette slices.
  • Top each slice with a generous spoonful of the tomato-basil mixture.

4. Finish and Serve:

  • Drizzle the bruschetta with balsamic glaze for a sweet and tangy finish.
