Ingredients:
- 2 cups of All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
- 4 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 cups of Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup of Melted Butter
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
3. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
5. Pour the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
7. Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.
Tips:
- Avoid overmixing the batter for fluffy pancakes.
- Make sure your griddle is preheated before pouring the batter.
- If you prefer thinner pancakes, simply add more milk to the batter.
