Grilled Tenderloin Crostini with Béarnaise


 


INGREDIENTS:

1 baguette, sliced
1 pound beef tenderloin, trimmed
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for brushing
1/2 cup Béarnaise sauce
Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the trimmed beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
Grill the beef for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
Remove the beef from the heat and let it rest before slicing thinly.
Brush the baguette slices with olive oil, then grill for 1-2 minutes until toasted and golden.
Place a slice of beef on each piece of toasted baguette.
Add a dollop of Béarnaise sauce on top and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
