Potato casserole
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef,
1 package (1 pound) small potatoes,
2 cans (10 oz each) condensed cream of mushroom soup (or 3 cans if you want it creamier),
1 or 2 cans (14 oz each) vegetables (whole grain corn, green beans, etc.),
onion and garlic powder (optional).

Tips:
While the oven is heating, brown the ground beef (adjusting the seasoning to taste while baking) and drain the fat.
Spread the ground beef in the bottom of a 2- to 2.5-liter ovenproof dish.Drain the liquid from the vegetables and spread it over the meat.
Using a rubber spatula, spread the canned soup over the vegetables and meat. Use the soup as is, straight from the can. Do not mix it with anything.
Top with a layer of potatoes.
Bake uncovered at 175°C (350°F) for 50 minutes.
