Chicken Fritters Recipe
Ingredients:
- 25 oz leftover shredded chicken or canned chicken (drained)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 medium-sized egg
- 1/3 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Olive or vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions:
- Combine the chicken mixture:
