Ingredients (Makes 4 wraps):
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped (grilled, rotisserie, or leftover works great)
1 large ripe avocado, mashed
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
4 large flour tortillas (burrito-sized)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, and ranch dressing. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
2. Warm the tortillas:
Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft and pliable.
3. Assemble the wraps:
Lay out each tortilla and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
4. Wrap it up:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a burrito-style wrap.
5. Optional – Toast it:
For extra flavor and crunch, toast the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
6. Serve:
Slice in half and serve immediately with extra ranch or salsa on the side, if desired.
