Baked Brie Bread Bowl with Prosciutto and Honey


 


Ingredients:

1 large round loaf of bread
1 wheel brie cheese
4 slices prosciutto, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons hot honey
Olive oil
Fresh herbs (thyme or parsley, for garnish)

Instructions:


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell.
Mix minced garlic and hot honey in a small bowl.
Place brie cheese inside the hollowed bread bowl.
Top with chopped prosciutto and drizzle with the garlic-honey mixture.
Brush outside of bread bowl with olive oil.
Wrap in aluminum foil and bake 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with reserved bread pieces for dipping.
