Banana Almond Smoothie


 


Ingredients

2 ripe bananas 🍌


1 cup cold milk (regular or plant-based: almond, oat, soy) đŸ„›


1 tablespoon natural honey 🍯


A handful of almonds (or other nuts like cashews, walnuts) 🌰


2 tablespoons oats đŸŒŸ


½ teaspoon chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)


Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie) ❄



Toppings (optional):


Banana slices


Whole almonds


Rolled oats


A drizzle of honey



Instructions:


1. Slice the bananas and place them in a blender.



2. Add the milk, honey, oats, almonds, and seeds.



3. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.



4. Pour into a glass and top with banana slices, almonds, oats, and a drizzle of honey.
