Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups milk (360 ml)
• 3 tablespoons sugar (50 g)
• 1 tablespoon dry yeast (10 g)
• 2 eggs
• 3 tablespoons oil (45 ml)
• 490 g all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt (4 g)
Preparation:
Place the milk, sugar, dry yeast, eggs, and oil into a blender. Blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl. Add the flour in two parts: mix in the first half for 2 minutes, then add the remaining flour along with the salt. Continue mixing for 5 to 6 minutes. The dough will be sticky in texture.
Using a spoon, divide the dough into three greased loaf pans (14 cm x 8.5 cm). Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
Brush the tops with beaten egg yolk for an even golden crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes in the pans. Then carefully unmold and allow to cool on a wire rack.
