1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands, or similar)
16 slices of pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Dough:
Open the biscuit can and separate the 8 biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
3. Fill the Bombs:
In the center of each flattened biscuit, place:
2 slices of pepperoni
A generous pinch of shredded mozzarella
4. Seal the Bombs:
Fold the edges of the biscuit around the filling and pinch to seal completely.
Roll lightly between your hands to form a ball shape
5. Butter Topping:
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
Brush the tops of the sealed dough balls with the butter mixture.
6. Bake:
Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 13–16 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Serve:
Let cool for 2–3 minutes.
Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
