Ingredients:
1 package (16 oz) pizza dough
1/2 lb cooked sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Marinara sauce for dipping
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 12x18 inches.
Evenly distribute the cooked sausage over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the sausage.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the meats.
Add the chopped bell peppers and onions evenly over the cheese layer.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, dried oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Sprinkle this seasoning mixture evenly over the fillings.
Starting from one of the longer sides, carefully roll the dough into a tight log, similar to a jelly roll. Pinch the seam and the ends to seal the fillings inside.
Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with olive oil to promote browning.
Using a sharp knife, make shallow diagonal slits across the top of the dough to allow steam to escape during baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
