*Chocolate Cake with Pink Raspberry Frosting



Chocolate Cake ๐Ÿซ*
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour ๐ŸŒพ
- 2 cups granulated sugar ๐Ÿฎ
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ๐Ÿซ
- 2 teaspoons baking powder ⚗️
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda ๐Ÿ’ก
- 1 teaspoon salt ๐Ÿ’ธ
- 1 cup whole milk ๐Ÿฅ›
- 2 large eggs ๐Ÿฅš
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ๐Ÿ’ง

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans ๐Ÿ”ฅ
2. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix until combined ๐Ÿฒ
3. Divide batter between pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean ⏰

*Pink Raspberry Frosting ๐Ÿ’—*
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened ๐Ÿฅ–
- 2 cups powdered sugar ๐Ÿฎ
- 1/2 cup raspberry puree ๐Ÿ“
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ๐Ÿ’ง
- Pink food coloring (optional for color) ๐ŸŽจ

Instructions:
1. Beat butter until creamy ๐Ÿคฏ. Gradually add powdered sugar, raspberry puree, and vanilla extract ๐Ÿ’•
2. Adjust color with pink food coloring if desired ๐ŸŽจ

*Assembly ๐ŸŽ‰*
1. Cool cakes completely ❄️
2. Spread frosting between layers and on top of cake ๐Ÿคฉ
3. Garnish with raspberries and pink sprinkles ๐ŸŽ‚
