Dr. Barbara O'Neill’s Clove and Cinnamon Tea Recipe


 


•Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of whole cloves
2–3 sticks of cinnamon
1 liter (about 4 cups) of water

•Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients:
Gather whole cloves and cinnamon sticks.
2. Boil the mixture:
In a pot, add 1 liter of water.
Add the cloves and cinnamon sticks.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15–20 minutes.
3. Strain and serve:
Pour the tea through a strainer into a cup or jug.
You can leave a cinnamon stick in the cup for added flavor.
4. Enjoy:
Drink warm, ideally once or twice a day.
Best consumed in the morning or between meals.
