1 ½ cups chocolate chips
⅓ cup peanut butter
1 cup rice krispies
Flaked sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate and peanut butter: Place 1 ½ cups chocolate chips and ⅓ cup peanut butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each one.
Add rice krispies: Once the chocolate is smooth and melted, stir in 1 cup rice krispies.
Spread in the pan: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt if you’d like.
Freeze: Place in the freezer for 15 minutes, then cut into 8 bars.

Notes
Gluten-free: To keep these gluten-free, make sure you’re using gluten-free rice krispies. You can also swap in puffed quinoa for a healthier twist.
