Ingredients:
8 oz noodles (lo mein, ramen, or spaghetti)
1/2 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced (optional)
Teriyaki Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
1 tsp sriracha (optional for heat)
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles according to the package. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the teriyaki sauce:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha (if using).
Heat in a small saucepan over medium heat, add the cornstarch slurry, and stir until thickened (2–3 minutes). Set aside.
3. Cook the steak:
Heat oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
Sear steak slices for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. Cook the shrimp:
In the same pan, cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
5. Stir-fry veggies:
Add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and mixed veggies for 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
6. Combine everything:
Add noodles, steak, shrimp, and sauce to the pan.
Toss well to coat everything evenly. Heat for 1–2 more minutes.
7. Serve:
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot!
