## Instructions
### Step 1: Prepare the Passionfruit Layer
1. In a saucepan, combine the passionfruit pulp, water, and sugar.
2. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves.
3. Sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
4. Stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm passionfruit mixture until completely dissolved.
5. Pour into a serving dish or individual dessert cups.
6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until partially set.
### Step 2: Prepare the Creamy Layer
1. Sprinkle the remaining gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water and let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Heat gently until dissolved.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and cream until smooth.
4. Slowly whisk in the dissolved gelatin.
5. Carefully pour the creamy mixture over the partially set passionfruit layer.
### Step 3: Chill
1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
