Creamy Melkkos: A Luxurious Milk Pudding


 


Indulge in this velvety-smooth milk pudding, delicately sweetened with condensed milk and enriched with butter—a comforting dessert perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (397g) condensed milk

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 liter full-fat milk

  • 1 cup cake flour

  • 125 ml butter

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Warm the Milk Mixture:
In a large saucepan, combine the water and full-fat milk. Heat over medium heat until warm (do not boil).

2. Prepare the Flour Paste:
In a small bowl, mix the cake flour with a little of the warm milk mixture to form a smooth, lump-free paste.

3. Thicken the Pudding:
Gradually whisk the flour paste into the warm milk, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring often, until the mixture thickens into a smooth, creamy consistency.

4. Add Sweetness & Richness:
Stir in the condensed milk, butter, and a pinch of salt. Continue cooking for another 5–7 minutes, allowing the butter to melt fully and the pudding to become luxuriously creamy.

5. Serve & Enjoy:
Pour into serving bowls and enjoy warm for a comforting treat, or chill for a refreshing dessert.
