Ingredients:
2 cod fillets
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chopped parsley or chives
Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place cod fillets in a baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour mixture over the cod fillets.
5. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and lemon slices before serving
