Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- ½ teaspoon grated ginger (fresh)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- 4–5 fresh mint leaves (optional for freshness)
Instructions
- Warm a cup of water until it’s comfortable to drink (not boiling).
- Add lemon juice, grated ginger, and honey to the water.
- Stir well until the honey dissolves completely.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon and mint leaves for extra flavor and benefits (optional).
- Let the drink sit for 2–3 minutes to infuse.
- Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
