Morning Slim Down Drink


 


Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger (fresh)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • 4–5 fresh mint leaves (optional for freshness)

Instructions

  1. Warm a cup of water until it’s comfortable to drink (not boiling).
  2. Add lemon juice, grated ginger, and honey to the water.
  3. Stir well until the honey dissolves completely.
  4. Add a pinch of cinnamon and mint leaves for extra flavor and benefits (optional).
  5. Let the drink sit for 2–3 minutes to infuse.
  6. Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
