Slow Cooker Beef Brisket with BBQ Sauce


 


Ingredients:

4 lb beef brisket

1 cup BBQ sauce

1 cup beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp paprika

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Prepare the Rub: Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub onto brisket evenly.

Set Up Slow Cooker: Place brisket in the slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce over it.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until tender.

Serve: Remove brisket, slice, and serve with sauce from the cooker.

Notes:

For extra flavor, sear the brisket in a hot pan before adding to the slow cooker.
