## Ingredients


* 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops

* 1 can (20 oz / 565 g) pineapple slices or chunks, undrained

* 2 tablespoons brown sugar

* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


## Instructions


### 1. Season the Pork


* Pat the pork chops dry.

* Season both sides with salt and pepper.


### 2. Brown the Pork Chops


* Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

* Cook pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly browned.

* Remove from the skillet and set aside.
